| I work in a one-on-one personal relationship with my clients. Your initial consultation is free. During this consultation, we will discuss your needs and requirements. I then do an analysis of your current web site compared to what you want and return a proposal to you (including sample designs). If you don't already have a web site I simply work up and send you the proposal based on our initial conversation. Then we work together to refine the proposal until I understand exactly what you want. My work is done on a satisfaction guaranteed basis. Before any work is begun, I will provide you with a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) that lists all work items to be completed, when they will be delivered, and the flat-rate price for completing the work. I will spend as much time as required to complete each work item to your satisfaction. You will not be invoiced for any work item until it is acknowledged as acceptable to you. |
